Starter PACK: $225

The Starter Pack is designed to answer one question: How can a personal trainer energize my workout?

Try this introductory package of 4 – 30 minute sessions and you’ll discover how much a personal trainer can do to enhance your enjoyment of exercise and its benefits. You’ll also gain a trusted resource at the club who can help keep you moving forward.

During your first session we will review your health history, and discuss your goals and any pain issues you may be experiencing. Then your personal trainer will take you thorough a functional movement screen, abdominal strength and flexibility assessment. This could take anywhere from 60- 90 minutes depending on your needs.

Your second session you and your trainer will review your assessment results, go over your flexibility program and answer any questions you may have.

Your third and fourth sessions you will learn how to perform your strength training program(s) . You and your trainer will review your flexibility program and answer any questions you may have.
