I have  been involved in every aspect of the health and fitness industry since 1995. I started as a  CSR and work my way up to director of personal training. As a CHEK Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and a Corrective Exercise Specialist, she uses the CHEK ( approach to help clients achieve optimal health and athletic performance. She does this by treating the body as a whole system and discovering what works for each individual.
